Join us on a family-friendly walk and BBQ along Fish Creek to learn more about the local watershed, riparian health, beavers, fish, and more! This event is being hosted by the Fish Creek Watershed Association (FCWA) in partnership with Cows and Fish.
Please arrive at the Fish Creek Ranch Water Fill Station by 10am Saturday June 28, and we will set off on the creek walk at about 10:15am. Afterward, we’ll have our BBQ. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions as well as your preference for a beef or a non-meat patty when you register.
Our guest speaker for the creek walk is Maddy Skinner, a Riparian Specialist from Cows and Fish (Riparian Management Society), who will be sharing her knowledge and experience about the wonderful life in and around our creeks in Southern Alberta and of course about Fish Creek.
